With over 30 years of experience in customer service, Charlene brings a strong foundation of dedication, integrity, and people-first values to every real estate transaction. A proud Army veteran who served 10 years, Charlene understands the meaning of commitment, structure, and service. Coming from a family rooted in the military—both of her parents served and retired from the U.S. Navy—Charlene carries forward that legacy of honor and service in everything she does.

 

Charlene is a devoted mother of four and has called San Antonio home for many years. Her love for the city, its culture, and its vibrant communities fuels her drive to help families find their place here. As a member of the Sigma Theta Alpha Military Sorority, she remains deeply connected to the military community and actively volunteers her time to support local causes and organizations.

 

Real estate has always been a passion for Charlene. She initially became licensed in Georgia during the COVID-19 pandemic, using that time to explore the profession and help others through a challenging season. Now, with renewed purpose and an even stronger sense of commitment, she’s proud to be practicing real estate in the city she loves.
